1. About us

MN Labs Ltd is registered in England and Wales (company number 17267178). These terms govern your use of the MN Labs compliance tools at mnlabs.uk ("the Service").

2. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. The Service

MN Labs provides software tools to assist UK businesses with regulatory compliance. The tools are provided for informational and organisational purposes only and do not constitute legal or professional advice. You remain responsible for your own compliance obligations.

4. Subscriptions and payment

• The Service is available on a free tier and paid subscription plans (Pro at £19/month, Teams at £39/month)
• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• All prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable

5. Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund on first-time Pro or Teams subscriptions. Contact us at michael@mnlabs.uk within 14 days of your first payment to request a refund.

6. Acceptable use

You must not: use the Service unlawfully, attempt to reverse engineer or copy the software, share your account credentials, or use the Service to harm others.

7. Intellectual property

All content, software, and tools are owned by MN Labs Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use the Service during your subscription.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MN Labs Ltd shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be notified by email with 30 days notice.
